Opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Digital Marketing Manager to join a global leading solar company in Netherlands, you will be based in Amsterdam office 2-3 days/week.

A core focus will be aligned to: 1) further market implementation of the company brand; 2) representing the company at key events and trade shows, and; 3) formulating plans, strategy and budgets etc.

  • Run the day-to-day management of projects and ensure that they are completed successfully
  • Consistently refine strategy to align with market requirements
  • Manage the website including back-end development and front-end design/ functionality
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Responsible for the creation and management of the content strategy
  • Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Finding innovative ways to track, measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Drive lead generation through digital (Candidate and Client)
  • Work closely with Marketing Director to deliver targeted campaigns aimed at growing our existing markets and establishing new markets / regions
  • Support our in-house Marketing & Design Assistant in the design and production of online and offline materials
  • Train, advise and share information on digital content, communications and services with the wider organisation

About You:

  • Have a Bachelors or Masters degree;
  • Have at least 3 years of experience with digital Marketing
  • Define success in OKR:s (Objectives and key results)
  • Define monthly campaigns with themes that are relevant internationally as well as locally.
  • * Align and request monthly and quarterly budget within the yearly budget. * Manage the Ad spend allocation in alignment with local sales teams
  • Structurally list Marketing demands from and in collaboration with Local sales teams.
  • Keep a structured calendar, plan campaigns and manage content creation & translation.
  • Timely place ads and posts as per calendar measure results, learn and improve.
  • Weekly review the online campaign result and optimize budget allocation and effect with capped budget * Assign the leads coming into Hubspot to user and land in Deal Flow
  • Follow up on quality leads to ensure they are followed up by sales
  • Manage cross country learning sessions and share best practices across regions.
  • Are an analytical and pro-active multitasker.
  • Are interested in the Solar Energy industry
  • You have solid general experience in major digital marketing platforms and analytics, ideally specifically in Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Hubspot
  • Guides and coaches' local sales team in Email campaigns and CRM (Hubspot)
  • Manages relationships with 3rd party content creators
  • As a well-rounded Marketeer you will also manage other offline Marketing campaigns to support the local marketing business
