Environment and Consenting Advisor (Onshore) required for a leading Offshore Wind Farm developer, based in England
Responsibilities
- Delivery of consenting strategy for projects including schedule and budget activities to consent submission.
- Identification of onshore consenting risks and development of mitigation plans for key risks for design, construction, operation and decommissioning.
- Provide environment and consents input to red line boundary development and refinement work.
- Manage the delivery of onshore surveys and studies required to support Environmental Impact Assessment.
- Identify and obtain environmental consents required to support operational activities (e.g. - onshore GI surveys).
- Interface with key stakeholders (consulting bodies, statutory authorities and key consultees) to support pathway to consent submission.
Requirements
- Experience in consenting Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (preferably linear infrastructure projects).
- Experience managing environmental and social risks in a major project or operation.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
