Finance Assistant

Taylor Hopkinson is a search firm working with a global leader in offshore wind development and green energy solutions. They are currently looking to hire a Finance Assistant to join their team who will be responsible for Korean tax, basic accounting knowledge and various different finance software.

Roles and Responsibilities;

• Liaise with external vendors (consultants, law firms, engineering firms etc.) globally to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payments
• Manage and track costs in all aspects of the project cycle, including contracts and forms.
• Update, relay and interpret company policies & procedures
• Maintain local reports, utilizing data analytic to draw insights to the business.
• Assist with external audit for the Company
• Assist in Implementation of accounting system and policies
• Schedule the recurring and non-recurring payments and prepare electronic fund transfers

Qualifications ;

• 1 - 3 year's experience of full cycle accounting
• University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Solid working knowledge of Korean accounting standard and local taxes
• Exceptional communication skills; builds relationships, able to interface with multiple levels and collaborates effectively
• Experience in implementing ERP systems is an asset
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP Concur is an asset
• Organised, strong attention to detail and solutions-oriented
• Experience in major companies / major accounting firms preferred
