Reporting to Head of Finance who is based in HQ China.

Your responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and deliver financial statements, reports, and budgets to program
• General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger, ensuring the accurate recording of all financial
• Accounts Payable: Review and process invoices, payments, and expense reports in accordance with program guidelines and regulatory
• Accounts Receivable: Oversee participant billing, invoicing, and collections to guarantee timely and precise
• Budget Oversight: Assist in the development and oversight of program budgets, monitoring expenditures and

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
• Several years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house
• Proficiency in the use of accounting software, the Microsoft Office Suite, and various financial reporting
• A comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial best practices, additional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
