Opportunity for a Mandarin-speaking professional to join a leading international EV charger manufacturing company in Texas, as Financial Accountant or Accounting Manager (can give manager title to senior level professional, based on experience)

Reporting to Head of Finance who is based in HQ China.

Ideally, hybrid working or a willingness to have business trips in Texas

Your responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and deliver financial statements, reports, and budgets to program
  • General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger, ensuring the accurate recording of all financial
  • Accounts Payable: Review and process invoices, payments, and expense reports in accordance with program guidelines and regulatory
  • Accounts Receivable: Oversee participant billing, invoicing, and collections to guarantee timely and precise
  • Budget Oversight: Assist in the development and oversight of program budgets, monitoring expenditures and
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to detect trends, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and identify cost-saving
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to accounting regulations, program policies, and funding
  • Financial Audit Support: Collaborate in internal and external audits by providing requested financial data and
  • Payroll Collaboration: Work closely with payroll personnel to guarantee accurate and punctual payroll
  • Financial Systems Management: Utilize accounting software and systems to uphold precise financial records and generate
  • Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management: Foster and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, addressing financial inquiries and
  • Process Enhancement: Identify prospects for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and fortified financial

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
  • Several years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house
  • Proficiency in the use of accounting software, the Microsoft Office Suite, and various financial reporting
  • A comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial best practices, additional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities and exceptional attention to
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic
