Head of Finance & Administration – Madrid

Taylor Hopkinson is in the search of a Head of Finance & Administration to join a leading renewable energy company with a portfolio of operating solar PV and offshore wind assets in Europe. The role is based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of day-to-day administrative, accounting, tax and financial activities and prepare and provide monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports.
• Development of the financial strategy and organisational policies. Provide strategic business guidance to advice on key directions.
• Manage the budgeting process and cash flow forecasting.
• Support M&A activities and integration of new assets. Monitor the financial, accounting and commercial activities of the company's portfolio.
• Manage and support Project Finance processes.
• Act as a member of the directorship of the SPVs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline (Business, Economics, or similar).
• Extensive experience in the financial management of renewable energy assets internationally.
• Experience in financing renewable energy projects.
• Advanced level of English.
