Opportunity to joined a Top 1 Chinese offshore wind equipment manufacturing company, in Germany.
This is a remote working role. Cover the whole Europe region, reporting to HQ in China.
As the Head of HR, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and drive all HR functions, with a strong emphasis on recruiting, employee relationship management, organizational performance management, etc.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across Europe.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with company goals and values.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions in accordance with company policies and culture.
- Build a diverse and inclusive workforce that fosters innovation and creativity.
Employee Relationship Management:
- Champion a positive and supportive work culture that prioritizes employee well-being and engagement.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and confidential manner.
- Develop and implement employee recognition programs to promote a culture of appreciation and motivation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, providing guidance to both employees and management.
Organizational Performance Management:
- Collaborate with department heads to establish performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.
- Implement performance evaluation processes to ensure employees receive regular feedback and development opportunities.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee productivity, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Team Building and Expansion:
- Identify skill gaps and develop training programs to enhance the capabilities of the HR team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a strong focus on recruiting and employee relations.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving organizational growth and excellence.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams.
