Head of Legal – Europe – Solar PV

An exciting opportunity for a Head of Legal to join one of the major players of the Solar PV Industry.

This position will be responsible for a global legal team and will focus on covering all business sectors across Europe

The Role:

• Provide legal counsel and negotiate complex agreements for solar project sales.
• EU customs expertise for importing and shipping goods.
• Anticipate and address legal issues for effective business outcomes.
• Build internal relationships and take ownership of project results.
• Communicate legal risks to stakeholders.
• Handle corporate governance and coordinate with the global legal department.
• Prioritise tasks and work independently.
• Manage outside counsel when needed.
• Analyse legal issues to inform business strategy.
• Support legal matters, including warranties, IP, and product liability

Requirements:

• Experience in European Law, Completed bar exam in EU jurisdiction
• Strong Commercial/Corporate/Compliance Law experience
• Proven track record in the Solar industry, antidumping and customs law
