Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Assess training needs, build up training framework and create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
  • Plan, develop and organize communication sessions for employees on specific programs while addressing specific business needs and requirements
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Initiate and optimize HR policies and related processes and also employee engagement activities
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management
  • Plan and manage Expatriate Management within the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements for the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree is a plus
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant experiences with 2 years of management experience
  • Experience in managing projects and providing well thought out deliverable and working in an environment that require flexibility
  • Experience with facilitation techniques and demonstrated ability to positively influence business decisions related HR experience preferably
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning and execution abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
