HRBP USA- Mandarin Speaking – Renewable
Opportunity for a Mandarin and English speaking HRBP professional to join an international Solar high-tech company in California, USA.
- Setting objectives and goals for the local sales team and tracking sales progress;
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including job positing, developing contacts with recruiting sources, HR interviewing, managing orientation and onboarding process;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;
- Initial and modify office and overseas HR related SOPs, including onboarding & orientation;
- Maintain all personnel files;
- Management of company's HR policies and regulations;
- Managing overseas office services functions including office equipment, furniture, supplies and vendors;
- Supervise the local team and coordinates team members' development and training activities.
- Mandarin and English Speaking.
- Solid HR experience.
