Junior Digital Marketing Manager Netherlands
Have you wanted to build a new brand from zero?
As an experienced marketer, you'll know what the job involves - building a strong presence in digital platforms, launching campaigns, creating new content and covering analytics. In future, you'll also cover in-person marketing - involving some travel across the Netherlands and Europe to attend solar conferences and trade fairs.
But what's the product? It's a new brand of solar inverters coming into the European market. The manufacturer brings 14 years' manufacturing experience to the table, and has a reputation in the market for high-quality and reliable products. With the Dutch solar market growing 40% in 2020, every day will bring exciting new challenges as you navigate this high-growth and dynamic industry.
You'll be working solo - giving you a lot of freedom and autonomy, but also the step up in responsibility and professional growth that come with that.
You'll have plenty of support, though. The Marketing Director in China will be there to support you in understanding the product line and the company's vision while you bring that vision to the European market.
Across the business, you'll be working with colleagues in Europe and China to build on and improve your campaigns. You'll find out what works, what doesn't and how to improve that.
You'll earn a salary of €40-50.000 per year, with the opportunity to earn a bonus in future. If you like to jump on your bike in the morning, you'll have access to an office in Amsterdam - otherwise you're welcome to work remotely.
Fluency in Dutch and English are essential, with any other languages being hugely useful. You'll be at an immediate advantage if you've previously worked in solar marketing (whether that's for one of the major players or for a local installer) - but any experience in renewables would be great.
