Land Acquisition Manager – Germany

Taylor Hopkinson are working on behalf of our renewables industry-leading client who are looking for an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join the team based in Germany

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major industry player who are flexible on industry background.

Experience
Potential Land identification and analysis including topography and town planning
Establishing a network of land-owners in Germany
Project presentations to various stakeholders of all levels, internally and externally
Experience with land owner management and negotiation critical
Completing all documentation and obtaining signatures for Promises of Lease, Constitutions of Easement on private and public domain
Experience with consultations, lobbying and negotiating

Requirements
Excellent written and spoken German essential, English skills also required
Knowledge and understanding of property development
Understanding relevant leases
Full driving license
Understanding of the solar PV industry beneficial
Understanding of environmental planning constraints in relation to solar PV a plus
