Land and Origination Manager

Taylor Hopkinson is searching for a Land and Origination Manager to work for a leading utility within the global renewable energy sector.

Position is based in Warsaw, Poland, with possibility to combine with remote working.

Role:

• Contribute to accelerate the creation of own renewable pipeline (Greenfield)
• Scout for lands and evaluate lands to identify those areas that are best suitable for new wind / solar developments.
• Support local development Being in charge of the Local project development plan and Zoning Plan
• Stay in contact with local land agents to secure best identified land areas.
• Assessment of potential projects/developments acquisitions from a wind/solar resource, land availability, environmental, orthographic and spatial planning stand point.
• Take responsibility of the on time due land payments together with back office.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of renewable energies (wind and/or solar energy),
• Experience in securement of land
• Negotiating skills
• Advanced user of Geographical Information Softwares
• Knowledge of polish legal standards, building law and renewable energy law related land ownership
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Availability to travel throughout Poland when necessary
