Legal Advisor

Taylor Hopkinson is looking for a Legal Advisor for a leading company in the renewable energy sector.
This position is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advisory on: Corporate, M&A, Finance and Construction/Infrastructure, Energy
• Provide counselling and advising on the Polish legal issues
• Conduct legal analysis, research and reviews on a variety of legal issues, national laws, and risk evaluation of M&A transactions,
• Develop legal strategies in given M&A transactions processes

Requirements:

• Experience in in legal area of industry including M&A experience
• Ability to partner with other departments to achieve company goals that cross multiple functions in M&A processes
• Knowledge of energy law, including RES
• Fluent English and Polish
