Legal Associate

Taylor Hopkinson is looking for a Legal Associate for a leading company in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the authorization procedures for plants powered by renewable sources (mainly photovoltaic and wind).
• Due diligence for: acquisitions, financing or joint ventures.
• Drafting of legal opinions for the authorization for the development of plants.

Requirements:

• Law degree and admission to practice law in Italy.
• Specialized in administrative law and previous experience in the development phase of a renewable energy project.
• At least 3 years of experience in the energy department of a law firm or in a renewable energy company.
• Previous experience in permitting and business development.
• High level of English and Italian.
