Mandarin Speaking Sales Support Specialist Sydney
Opportunity for a mandarin speaking young professional to join a global TOP 3 solar high-tech company in Australia, Sydney office.
Training will be provided.
- Follow up and assist to the business internal process.
- Answer incoming calls in a timely manner and ensure emphasis is on customer care and support.
- Maintain sales and customer records/ summary/ statement, raise invoices.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Experience in sales or operations administration is a plus, but not necessary.
- Sound PC skills (particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word).
- CRM expertise.
- solid administration skills in written and verbal.
- Great communication skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to work under pressure.
