Opportunity for a mandarin speaking young professional to join a global TOP 3 solar high-tech company in Australia, Sydney office.

Training will be provided.

Role

  • Follow up and assist to the business internal process.
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely manner and ensure emphasis is on customer care and support.
  • Maintain sales and customer records/ summary/ statement, raise invoices.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirement

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in sales or operations administration is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Sound PC skills (particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word).
  • CRM expertise.
  • solid administration skills in written and verbal.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
