Operations and Maintenance Readiness Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take a leadership position in client engagements, closely collaborating with OPEX team members and colleagues across various departments within the organisation. Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional project management expertise and in-depth subject matter knowledge to meet our client's needs. Your responsibilities encompass:

• Developing operational budgets and contributing to business case development, which involves conducting risk assessments, identifying value drivers, and performing sensitivity analyses for offshore wind projects worldwide.
• Leading the management of early-stage O&M packages within the client's project organisations for infrastructure development projects.
• Providing strategic consultancy services related to operations and maintenance in the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on both onshore and offshore wind energy. This includes scoping and delivering comprehensive solutions.
• Actively engaging in ongoing knowledge exchange with internal colleagues, industry stakeholders, and clients to ensure our team remains at the forefront of industry trends and market insights.

Requirements

• Possess relevant technical, legal, or commercial education.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience within the renewable industry.
• Familiarity with operations and maintenance concepts, both in onshore and offshore wind environments.
• Showcase experience in project management, particularly within multidisciplinary teams.
• A genuine interest in both technical and commercial analytics.
• Strong communication skills, along with proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent proficiency in written and verbal English (German is nice to have).
• A strong sense of ownership for individual and team project deliverables.
