OSS HV / MV Commissioning Supervisor

Offshore Sub Station HV/ MV Commissioning Supervisor required for leading Offshore Wind Farm developer based in France.

Role

• To assist the Offshore Sub Station Commissioning Team in supervising/performing all Commissioning related tasks

Responsibilities

• Prepare, attend and lead toolbox talks, site and/or asset inductions
• Ensure Commissioning activities are in compliance with project's HSE rules
• Comment relevant HSE and OSS Commissioning documentation
• Review and comment FAT, HAT, SAT, SIT procedures
• Attend, coordinate and execute FAT, HAT, SAT, SIT
• Perform site walk-downs and checks of all the whole OSS HV/MV equipment
• Review and comment on test reports, Checklists and other Commissioning related documentation
• Issue inspection, walk-down, Daily Progress Reports
• Ensure that outstanding work is executed and quality issues are reported
• Register, review and supervise resolution of the HV/MV Punch List items (Non Conformance, major or minor punch items) on the OSS
• When required, escalate technical arbitration/ solution validation to the Commissioning Engineers
• Escalate all decisions related to Commissioning quality/delay/cost impacts to the OSS Package Manager & Wind Farm Commissioning Manager
• Review of PTWs and RAMS related to MV/HV systems
• Prepare, review, comment HV/MV switching schedules
• Shadow contractor's Commissioning Team during energization
• Perform MV/HV switching activities and operate MV/HV equipment
• Apply and remove LOTO and work acc.to Mechanical and Electrical Safety Rules
• Act as an Employer on-site representative
• Prepare end of shift handover report
• Assist Commissioning Team with cross package activities
• Perform cargo operations
• Ad-hoc tasks (both onshore and offshore)
• Prepare and facilitate handover of the Works between installation, Commissioning and O&M
• Contribute actively to evaluation of the project and capture lessons learnt
• General maintenance and inspections of OSS HV/MV systems
• Assist O&M when required

Requirements

• Working right for EU.
• Strong experience in HV/MV
• Commissioning and maintenance
• Previous experience like Senior
• Authorized Person up to 225kV
• Qualified to operate equipment with voltage level up to 225kV
• Strong experience in switching operations and electrical systems
• Excellent understanding of electrical networks and C&P
• Recommended 1 year of experience in similar position
• Adaptable, and ready to work with an international Team
• Ability to communicate proficiently in the English and/or French language
• Able to perform basic tasks on MS Office
