Green Hydrogen – Product Manager

Founded in 2013, the client is a global technology leader in the field of hydrogen storage systems based on innovative hydrogen carrier technology. The concept enables hydrogen to be transported safely and efficiently in today's fuel infrastructure, thus closing the missing link on the way to a sustainable hydrogen economy.

The role

As a member of our Product Management team, you play a vital role in shaping the future of our products. You'll collaborate closely with departments such as Business Development, Order Processing, Technology Development, and Corporate Strategy. Your responsibilities include:

• Standardizing the technical concept of hydrogen systems for market-ready products, including cost and consumption estimates.
• Managing the product development cycle and prioritizing innovations and optimizations to align with industry standards.
• Defining product requirements and documenting design specifications.
• Evaluating Hydrogenious' product portfolio and assessing product fields' suitability for specific market segments.
• Developing standardized integration concepts to enhance economic efficiency in the energy transition.
• Conducting competitive analyses of our products.
• Supporting technical and commercial feasibility studies within business development.

The requirements

• Professional experience in product development, product management, or process engineering system project planning, preferably in plant construction.
• Experience in requirements management is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Independent and analytical work style coupled with a collaborative mindset, creativity, a thirst for learning, and initiative.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English for international contexts.
