Product Manager

A Product Manager, with a background in the solar industry is sought by a global market leader in the solar space.
This is a fantastic role for a passionate individual who understand the nuances of the utility and commercial and industrial market for solar, who wants to work with an exceptional product offering and can bring an entrepreneurial flair to the table.
In this role you will:

• Work with internal and external customers to conduct market research, customer feedback and competitive diligence and analysis to build market and product requirements documentation and feedback to colleagues in engineering
• Work to maintain product roadmap
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and track product changes and development across the organisation
• Support day-to-day tactical efforts to enable business growth
• Implementation of technical content (technical documentation, training, marketing collateral) to provide internal and external parties with information on products
• Support teams on topics related to product features and applications

You will be/have:

• Relevant qualification in Engineering with specialism in electrical, systems, or power systems engineering
• Relevant work experience gained with solar technologies and exposure to working with renewable energy systems
• Demonstrated ability in executing simultaneous projects, working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and often to tight timeframes
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Python, Tableau)
• Financial/project economics experience
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
• Deep passion for changing the way we use energy on the electric grid
