Project Finance Manager

Project Finance Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Farm developer based in Europe

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Financial model and "bank base case"
• Overview of Debt Service Cover Ratio (DSCR)
• Perform Sensitivity analysis
• Financing risk identification, analysis, and mitigation
• Management of Key credit agreement structures
• Maintaining the relations with the financing consortium to fulfil requirements set up for project reporting
• Organisation of the communication with the Lenders Advisors
• Reporting to the financing institution
• Manage budget of the project finance activities on behalf of CFO

Requirements

• MSc finance and accounting, economics or similar, performed at a high level
• 3-5 years experience in similar position in a large company, consultancy firm or from investment banking
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, as well as, good communication skills and ability to present results professionally to stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
