Project Manager – Solar

This is an exciting opportunity for an established Project Manager to join a growing company rapidly alongside an international company known as expert in deploying specialised solutions for renewable energy.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the client's projects situated in the North of England.

The Role:

• Ensuring that the project is carried out in line with contractual requirements, approved budgets, time scales and procedures.
• Resource planning and coordination of the team(s) associated with the project, ensuring that a professional and efficient service is provided.
• Managing all aspects of project delivery, from planning to the monitoring of progress and implementing required actions to ensure that the objectives of the project are met.
• Managing the finances of the project, including billing.
• Building relationships with external clients, subcontractors and internal colleagues, in order to effectively manage and supervise the projects.
• Liaising with clients as required to ensure that a positive working partnership is maintained.
• Providing regular updates to the Head of Programme Management and Delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the management of Utility Scale Solar PV Projects
• Relevant Engineering or Renewables degree
