Opportunity to join a Tier 1 solar panel company , as Sales Manager, responsible for Solar PV sales for South East Asia and MEA area.
Location : can be based in SuZhou Changshu, Suzhou Du Su qu or Shanghi HongKouQu office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell solar panel products
- Identify new business opportunities, establish key client relationships, and maintain a strong network within the solar industry.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns and promotional activities to enhance product visibility.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and driving the conversion of leads into customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with solar industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Professional in English and Mandarin
- Proven track record of sales experience in the solar PV industry.
- Strong understanding of solar technology, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
