About You:
As Quality Manager for an international offshore wind developer, you will be supporting the Project Quality Manager in developing and implementing the Quality Management Plan and in establishing and enforcing quality control processes and procedures across the entire project.
The ideal candidate should be able to navigate the dynamics of working within a small organisation, liaising with Senior and Junior level team members to effectively influence and manage work practices. They should be able to push back when necessary and collaborate when needed.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement the Quality Management Plan, including quality objectives, processes, and documentation requirements.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections of work processes, materials, and deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Identify and address non-conformities and deviations, and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are understood and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and track quality performance metrics, analyzing trends and recommending improvements.
• Liaise with certification bodies and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Oversee the implementation of quality control measures during construction, installation, and commissioning phases.

To be successful in this role, what you will need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
• Proven experience in quality management within the renewable energy industry, preferably in offshore wind projects.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations, such as ISO, IEC standards, and industry-specific guidelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English & Korean.
