We enjoy a very strong reputation in the market for excellent customer service, in-depth market knowledge and an honest and transparent approach to doing business.

We are now seeking a capable and professional recruitment account manager with fluent French language skills and proven experience of success in a client facing role.


The Role

  • Regular site and office visits to France to gain feedback, insights into personnel requirements and address any issues or challenges being faced by hiring managers
  • Nurture existing and new relationships to increase account value, acting as go-to individual for both client and candidate contacts
  • Provide fast and efficient resourcing support for new roles, including advertising, candidate screening, shortlists and interview arranging, as well as, offer management
  • Maximise revenue from relationships by introducing new contacts and increasing awareness of pre-release roles
  • Strengthening relationships with existing HR and hiring manager contacts within the client business
  • Mapping client contacts in order to develop business opportunities
  • Problem solving - responding to all queries from candidates and client efficiently in order to resolve any issues
  • Sharing market information with colleagues globally - including role briefings and activity reports with delivery teams and management in French and English
  • Recording activity appropriately on CRM database


The Requirements

  • Fluent French and English speaker
  • Degree Educated
  • Previous experience in a Recruitment Account Management role for a high value / volume client contract
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of roles to colleagues / candidates where required
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Proactive and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Professional manner and well-presented at all times
  • Confidence to address challenges and build relationships through meetings and client and candidate entertainment
  • A continuous-improvement attitude to personal development and a drive to become an industry expert through internal training and personal reading/ learning
