- Possess enthusiasm of RE future vision, ability to communicate goal, target, ambition, & aspiration clearly, ability to influence, get buy-in and enhance engagement at all levels and demonstrate the ability to get the best out of him/herself and others to deliver results.
- Deep sector knowledge and strong track record in Vietnam OR Thailand renewable energy markets.
- Minimum 10 years work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in the RE (solar, onshore wind, offshore wind, energy storage) sector of Vietnam OR Thailand markets. Strong network to the local authorities and businesses.
- Past experience in business development managerial role with strong technical and commercial understanding of the RE industries, power markets, as well as energy regulations and policies.
- Proven capability of delivering sustainable growth through development, partnership and acquisition.
- Experience of developing and executing RE projects through M&A and greenfield development in Vietnam OR Thailand markets
