  • Responsible for supporting the sales team in the objective of expanding the company's reach into the East Coast solar renewable market.
  • Responsible for reviewing and translating business documents and legal documents of PV module sales.
  • Responsible for the layout and editing of daily office materials and sales materials.
  • Responsible for the sales implementation of the contract, progress, quality. Summarising and archiving all process documents and the company's internal management.
  • Responsible for the collection, distribution, and numbering of documents, materials, reports, records, etc. To make sure that documents and materials are completed orderly, accurately and effectively.
  • Responsible for communicating between Sales Manager and Logistics Manager
  • Responsible for daily business assistance and keep good communication.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Data entry using CRM software.
  • Preparing quotations and presentations.
  • Doing market research and market analysis.
  • Organizing meetings with sales people.
  • Responsible for this reports of sales people.


  • Mandarin and English speaking
  • Highly organised
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Excellent communication skill and great with people, will be a good listener and create relationship quickly with colleagues and partners in the business.
  • Good team worker
  • Familiar with solar industry will be a huge plus
