Our client is a leading Solar PV manufacturer looking to recruit a Sales Manager. Today they are supplying to more than 100 countries worldwide.
Job Description:
- Find new business opportunities to drive growth
- Develop new customers, and maintain a relationship with existing customers
- Increase market share across Poland
- Align the annual sales target with customers, monitoring performance month over month
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management and Account receivable collections on time
- Ensure customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfilment, payment collection and after-sale service
- Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
- Monitoring competitors' pricing, NPIs and strategies
- Actively collaborate with Head office teams to get support and feedback the front-line information
- Regularly business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region
Requirements
- Bachelors or master degree
- Good understanding of the distribution PV market
- 3+ years B2B sales experience in PV or renewable Energy industry
- Experience in working for multinational companies
- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
- Experience with utilities, EPCs and IPPs preferred
- Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude and a team player
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, can influence different customer levels
- Proficiency both in written and spoken in Polish and English
- Able to travel on a regular basis and/or abroad for business
