Schedule/Risk Manager

We are currently working with a global leader in offshore wind development and green energy solutions. They are currently looking to hire a Schedule/Risk Manager to join their team who will be responsible for working closely.

[Work details]
The client company establishes and manages the schedule from the development period of the offshore wind project to EPC and O&M. It also plays a key role in identifying the various risks that arise in the schedule and in preventing delays by establishing countermeasures. Transparently share schedule progress with management and present risks and countermeasures to help ensure smooth and successful project progress.

[Key Responsibilities]

Schedule: Considering the resources, scope and duration required for each phase of the project, and consulting with relevant departments to establish the overall schedule for the project
Schedule monitoring: Constantly checking project progress and reporting delays to relevant departments and management immediately
Schedule adjustment: If the schedule needs to be changed, consult with the relevant departments to derive the optimal changes, Adjust the schedule according to the derived changes
Risk analysis: identifying scheduling risks and establishing countermeasures to prevent project delays and enhance project stability
Risk management: monitoring possible risks and establishing response strategies
Reporting: Project progress and risk reporting to share with management and maintain transparent communication

[Qualification]
a degree holder in scheduling/risk management
Planning work or similar experience (more than 3 years of experience)
Professionals with Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Active, analytical and problem-solving mindset
