The role

• Development of holistic strategies for a decarbonized and sustainable energy system with a focus on hydrogen projects at home and abroad
• Co-development of regulatory frameworks in the energy and hydrogen sector with a strong technical focus
• Management of interdisciplinary projects in the technical and regulatory environment exchange with political decision-makers as well as associations and standardization committees in Germany and abroad
• Continuous observation of the international hydrogen markets and analysis of the implications and
• Opportunities for the client
• Representation of the client at events (e.g. trade fairs, conferences) and committees

The requirements

• Degree in industrial engineering, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable course of study such as law, politics, economics with a technical connection
• Affinity for technical issues and their effects on the hydrogen system
• Experience in the further development of regulatory framework conditions and committee work is an advantage
• Confident appearance and very strong communication skills, Networks in the relevant environment
• High level of self-motivation and willingness to perform
• Quick perception, structured thinking, ability to quickly understand complex issues
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel
