Opportunity for a Mandarin speaking professional to join a global leading solar manufacturing company as Senior IT Manager.

Please note : this role will be based in Bintulu, relocation is required.

Job Description

Title : Information Technology Manager

Work Location : Bintulu, Sarawak

Reporting to : Plant General Manager at Bintulu

Responsibilities & Job Scope:

· To lead and manage an Information Technology (IT) team in overseeing the Information Systems Planning, Design & Implementation to support the production lines.

· Coordinate, manage and motivate department to meet schedules and goals.

· Provide recommendation on policies/ infrastructure improvements.

· Prepare annual IT Budget.

· Define Policies, Procedures and Work instructions in support of the business objectives.

· Manage and supervise an IT team in providing the necessary IT systems, infrastructure and resources for the continuous operation and improvement of the business and manufacturing services.

· Conduct and identify potential IT risk assessment and prepare containment and corrective measures as contingency plan, to govern any breach of security policies or disaster.

· Work with other functional heads to define systems and solutions to business issues and problems.

Requirements:

· Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Information System (IS)/Information Technology (IT) or equivalent.

· IT foundry business process knowledge.

· Project Management to schedule all assignments

· Vendor Management to achieve objective set.

· Able to communicate with all levels in the organization.

· Must know Chinese in speaking, writing & reading
