Senior Procurement Manager

Senior Procurement Manager required for a leading Offshore Wind Farm developer, based in Germany

Responsibilities

• Support the FOD package by leading the ITT and contract negotiations in a multi-disciplinary and international teams.
• Daily alignment with the FOD WTG Package Manager, the Project Representative and the Procurement Lead of the project.
• Participating in the project and package meetings.
• Evaluate ITT responses on a Total Cost of Ownership basis to ensure selection of the most appropriate suppliers.
• Compiling the ITT documents and issuing a competitive and compliant ITT following the procurement strategy and procurement handbook.
• Alignment with the relevant departments (credit risk, insurance, etc.).

Requirements

• Experience and ability manage and lead the negotiation of high value and complex EPCI contracts.
• Knowledge in complex CAPEX negotiations in multi-disciplinary and international teams.
• Understanding in compiling ITT documents and issuing competitive and compliant ITT's.
• Experience in the offshore wind industry.
