Solar O&M Engineer

Opportunity for an experienced Engineer to join a global solar industry leader as its Solar O&M Engineer for the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Plant performance technical examination for evaluation and enhancement
• Quality Assurance
• Ongoing improvement of engineering processes and technology
• Performance analysis and Optimization of Portfolios for refinancing and transactions of substantial developments
• Assist the Acquisition of the technical process side along the review of Third-Party inspections
• Provide Asset Management and O&M support as well as on ad hoc technical queries on Performance and Monitoring
• Address Failure analysis/ Root Cause Analysis including systemic issues
• Construction quality monitoring support and site visits
• Construction technical support management

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or Master's Renewable Energy with Physics ideal
• 3+ years of professional solar experience
• Experience in construction and/or operations of solar facilities
• Understanding of EPC/ O&M contract, PV plant performance and monitoring
• Sizeable network across solar PV relevant sources
• Comprehension of Industry's main stakeholders
• Take initiative and able to prioritize assignments
• Able to be work independently, adaptable, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
