Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell solar panel products.
  • Identify new business opportunities, establish key client relationships, and maintain a strong network within the solar industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns and promotional activities to enhance product visibility.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and driving the conversion of leads into customers.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Stay up to date with solar industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of sales experience in the solar PV industry is a must.
  • Professional in English and the local language based on your location / country.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of solar technology, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
