An exciting opportunity for a Solar Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager to join a world-leading top 3 solar module manufacturer. This role will be home based in Colombia.


  • Capture arising market opportunities
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support
  • Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
  • Support marketing activities and market communication
  • Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company
  • Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region


  • Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years field sales experience in PV industry. Thorough knowledge of PV local market industry dynamics and landscape is required.
  • Recent and successful B2B sales experience in international PV/ Solar or related ndustry
  • Experience in working for global companies and must have an international mindset
  • Experience in Distribution and C& I space
  • CRM (Salesforce) experience
  • Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)
  • Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong negotiation, communication, problem solving and organization skills
  • Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
  • Speaks fluent Spanish and English
