Solutions Manager – BESS

An exciting opportunity for a Solutions Manager to join a high tech Energy Storage Technology company specialising in the production and sales of lithium-ion battery materials and BESS Systems

Responsibilities :

• Provide clients with the technical support as needed, including holding the technical discussions during regular customer visit, preparing the technical documents as required etc.
• Prepare the technical agreement, leading the technical negotiation with the clients till the signing of the technical agreement.
• Coordinate all resources to solve the clients' technical issues if any during the whole process of the client's projects, from the
• Responsible for preparing all the technical bidding documents during the bidding process, leading the technical clarifications to make sure the customer's technical requirements are met, supporting the commercial team for commercial negotiation.
• Technical support for other sales & marketing activities, e.g. exhibitions, technical forums, conferences.
• Forward the technical information to the product teams for ongoing optimization and new product development. Including the market trend information, competitive analysis, local grid codes tec.
• Ensure the technical training for the sales team internally and for the clients' technical team externally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of technical engineering/support and design experience related to Battery Storage
• Relevant Electrical or Electro-chemical qualification
• Familiar with the BESS Market
