Technical & Operations Manager

Technical & Operations Manager required for major Offshore Wind Farm developer based in Taiwan

Responsibilities

• Role model function regarding the Employer's HSE policy towards all Contractor's related to the windfarms activities (HTL, Scantech, Mob/Demob Yard, GGOS, etc.)
• Planning and Engineering oversight for supplier as well as technical project management
• Planning and Engineering oversight for the vessel regarding all technical aspects for the vessel- interface (incl. port call planning, etc.)
• Planning and Engineering oversight for mobilisation yard, as well as technical project management
• Main operational interface wrt to agents, customs, etc.
• Technical interface to other YUN packages (e.g. dredging / scour)
• Provision of input for project engineering team regarding Ops / RAMS / etc., as requested by YUN MP INS Eng
• Planning of mob / demob / testing activities, as well as oversight on site (as needed)
• Coordination and daily interfacing with Site Managers (offshore)
• Technical review level for all related invoices from supplier / mob+demob yards
• Primary interface to Marine Assets Operations Manager (MP INS Support Spread), for all related questions
• Lead for technical LL implementation and continuous learning
• Technical input for tendering documents and contract negotiations for contract manager / Project Manager
• Commercial / Budget overview support for the manager
