WTG Commissioning Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Taiwan.
- Review commissioning method statements.
- Daily reporting of commissioning.
- Interfaces with WTG TSA and T&I.
- Report to Package manager.
- Develop and implement a commissioning plan that outlines the scope, schedule, and resources required for commissioning activities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to commissioning activities, including procedures, test plans, and reports.
- Ensure that all commissioning activities adhere to industry standards and quality assurance guidelines. Identify and rectify any deficiencies or issues.
- Provide regular progress updates and address any concerns or questions.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols to ensure that commissioning activities are carried out in a safe manner, both for the commissioning team and other workers on the project site.
- Ensure that all commissioning activities meet relevant industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the commissioning process, working to find mutually satisfactory solutions.
- 5 years experience in offshore wind industry.
- 1-2 years experience on commissioning of turbines.
- Experience in termination and testing.
- Ability to report on daily basis in DPR format.
- GWO certifications.
- Able to relocate to Taiwan.
