REVIEW

Applications are read by our experienced team who understand our business mission and the type of talent we are looking for. We have a diverse and talented team and we want to keep adding to that, so we consider a wide range of experience and backgrounds!

INTERVIEWS

Our competencies-based interviewing process is intended to help us minimise unconscious bias while also making sure we hire people who will thrive in our environment. Our process will usually involve a recruiter phone screen, a face-to-face interview, Thomas International Profile PPA analysis, panel interviews and team presentations. You will also get the chance to see our offices and ask as many questions as you like!

4.

OFFER

If you’re selected, and we negotiate an exciting offer for you, we will walk you through every aspect of the contract and the acceptance / joining process and you’ll be ready to go in no time.

5.

ONBOARDING

Once you’ve accepted your offer and signed your contract, our immersive onboarding experience will get you ready for Day 1 and set you up for success beyond! This combination includes online e-learning modules, comprehensive face-to-face HR and HSE inductions, team introductions, classroom-based training and mentoring throughout your first few weeks and months.

ON-GOING DEVELOPMENT

We work hard to ensure that your journey with us is challenging and rewarding in equal measure. You will be given all of the tools you need to do your job – a brilliant supportive culture, market leading technology, peer mentoring, training sessions, access to learning materials, team meetings and a regular PDP review with your Manager.
