We pride ourselves in offering competitive base salaries, which are regularly benchmarked across the industry. Alongside this depending on your role there will also be either an annual or quarterly bonus or an uncapped commission scheme.
We want you to be the best you can be at work, therefore taking time away from the office is fully supported and encouraged. We offer 25 days annual leave, rising to a maximum of 30 days, based on your length of service. We also offer you the opportunity to carry over 5 days leave, which can be used up to the end of March the following year.

This includes identifying support and coaching requirements that can help them realise their full potential. She also helps identify and attract the best talent into the business to drive our continued success. She has worked in the recruitment industry for over 15 years and has designed and run recruitment campaigns, including assessment centres, competency-based interviews and campus recruitment events. She is an ICF accredited coach and a trained e-DISC consultant.
