Analog & Digital Electronics Design Leader (R&D)
Reporting Line: You will report to the Development Manager of our "Power Switching and Monitoring" division. Role Overview: As a Design Leader within the electronic R&D team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development of our products. Your responsibilities encompass various aspects, including design quality, project management, and technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for the Project Manager, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with design objectives and deadlines.
- Provide effective leadership to the development team, fostering collaboration and efficient workflows.
- Take ownership of critical technical choices related to costs, performance, and development timelines.
- Contribute to the design, testing, and optimization of our electronic products.
- Play an active role in developing and preserving expertise within your field.
- Engage in specific missions related to research professions and formalizing best practices.
Required Profile:
- Hold a Bac+5 degree in Analog/Digital Electronics.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a developer in a Research & Development department.
- Proficient in analog/digital electronics, with hands-on experience using electronic simulation software (e.g., LT Spice).
- Known for your ability to identify and propose tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Proficiency in English is essential due to the international nature of this role.
