Reporting Line: You will report to the Development Manager of our "Power Switching and Monitoring" division. Role Overview: As a technical pilot within the electronic R&D team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development of our products. Your responsibilities encompass various aspects, including design quality, project management, and technical decision-making.

Reporting Line: You will report to the Development Manager of Power Switching and Monitoring division.

Role Overview: As a Design Leader within the electronic R&D team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development of our products. Your responsibilities encompass various aspects, including design quality, project management, and technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary contact for the Project Manager, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with design objectives and deadlines.
  2. Provide effective leadership to the development team, fostering collaboration and efficient workflows.
  3. Take ownership of critical technical choices related to costs, performance, and development timelines.
  4. Contribute to the design, testing, and optimization of our electronic products.
  5. Play an active role in developing and preserving expertise within your field.
  6. Engage in specific missions related to research professions and formalizing best practices.

Required Profile:

  • Hold a Bac+5 degree in Analog/Digital Electronics.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a developer in a Research & Development department.
  • Proficient in analog/digital electronics, with hands-on experience using electronic simulation software (e.g., LT Spice).
  • Known for your ability to identify and propose tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Proficiency in English is essential due to the international nature of this role.
