Connecting specialists to pioneering onshore wind projects
A bright future in developed and emerging markets
Since our inception onshore wind has formed the bedrock of our business, as it has the renewables industry. While offshore wind has successfully managed to reduce its levelised cost of energy, onshore wind is helping governments move towards their carbon reduction targets.
Offshore wind has the lowest cost of energy bar none, but that does not signal the end for onshore wind. Many countries do not have the wind resources or the infrastructure to deploy offshore wind and will rely on onshore solutions for many years to come.
With increasingly ambitious carbon reduction requirements and commitments to keep global warming below 1.5 degrees we believe onshore wind will see a resurgence in developed wind markets and increased deployment in emerging ones.
We have delivered solutions for our clients and candidates operating in onshore wind globally. Through our retained search, permanent and contract recruitment services, we help you secure the teams you need to develop, finance, construct and operate your renewable energy projects.

Onshore Wind News
Following the success of the collaborative 2023 Energy Outlook Report, Taylor Hopkinson and Brunel are exploring how renewables professionals feel about the future of the industry.
Taylor Hopkinson, along with our colleagues at the Brunel Foundation and Wind4Kids, signed off a positive week in Asia with another successful educational event in Taipei.
Transform your work-life balance with these remote roles from our global clients.
Taylor Hopkinson helped us to grow our local team as we extended our footprint in the UK market to further develop, build and operate wind and solar projects. In addition, through their excellent renewables-focused network of contacts, they were able to secure a new managing director able to support our growth strategy whilst maintaining our company values as our organisation evolved.
