Asset Management Manager/Facility Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent individual to spearhead asset management activities, overseeing a spectrum of responsibilities encompassing project-related finance, operations, and insurance tasks. The successful candidate will ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, landowners, and neighbour, while prioritising timely report submissions and proactive coordination with maintenance service providers to optimise project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage operational contracts, including PCM, lease agreements, and other land contracts sourced from Business Development and Permit teams.
  2. Liaise with neighbours, landowners, and stakeholders on financial matters and pertinent issues.
  3. Monitor operation reports, address issues promptly, and disseminate relevant information to concerned parties.
  4. Coordinate quotations, purchase orders, and payments with subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  5. Maintain adherence to operational budgets and SPV cash flow for asset operations.
  6. Oversee project contracts, ensuring compliance with financial reporting, fund management, DSCR submission, annual budgeting, and related requirements.
  7. Lead critical communications with neighbours, landowners, and stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain productivity and team management tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  9. Collaborate with maintenance service providers to ensure project integrity and functionality.
  10. Prepare and submit EA applications for power generators, aligning initial costs with operational expenses.
  11. Generate necessary documentation for EA/Utility/Municipalities to facilitate timely project progression.
  12. Facilitate the procurement of new policies by insurance brokers for the company.
  13. Collaborate with the Investment/Finance team to prepare insurance pledging for assets.
  14. Manage insurance claims through close coordination with Project/O&M teams, insurance companies, and brokers.
