Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, and finding opportunities in investing in renewable energy sectors across Asian countries.
- Drive transaction structuring, and engage in commercial negotiations.
- Cover due diligence.
- Prepare project and financing documentation in line with regulatory standards.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Possess outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, banking, investment, consulting, or research roles.
- Able to conduct financial modelling and analysis.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to navigate the evolving landscape of renewable energy and company dynamics.
- Possess excellent teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
