Chief Financial Officer/Financial Controller – BESS OEM

• International BESS manufacturer looking for a well-rounded Finance Specialist to be part of a pioneer team leading the strategic growth of the company
• Preparation and Review of annual statutory audited financial statements in accordance with both IFRS (Group reporting) and local accounting standards (local reporting) within the timeline
• Timely and accurate preparation and review of monthly management accounts (both operational and financial information where applicable) for Philippines entities, including comparison to plan, with supporting commentary and narrative as required.
• Responsible for the preparation of periodic forecasts and annual budget submissions
• Preparation of cash flow and monitoring of cash position. Optimize cash flow management and ensure appropriate controls are in place to ensure funds are invested properly
• Preparation of capital expenditure reports and analysis, and other ad hoc reporting as required from time to time
• Manage and work with the Senior Team in setting the strategic direction of the business.
• Based in Central Luzon, Philippines (Clark, Pampanga, Bulacan, Tarlac, San Fernando, Angeles, Cabanatuan, Zambales, Nueva Ecija) or open to relocate
• Bachelors or Masters in Finance/Accounting/Related Fields
• More than 15 years of working experience in the Finance practice, preferably from the manufacturing or renewable energy sectors
