We are seeking a manager to oversee a team of relatively junior staff responsible for the crew transportation services for our internal clients in the maritime industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crewing services and operations management. This role requires a high level of dedication, as the manager will be overseeing personnel movements, managing commercial and operational aspects, and building standard operating procedures. The manager will also be responsible for frequent internal and external communications, including meetings with clients and internal departments, and handling crisis situations, including medical emergencies.

Qualifications:
* Experience in managing bookings/ order delivery/ people logistics (like travel agency,
hotels, taxis, Uber etc).
* Experience in customer services / hospitality (hotel background is acceptable)
* Ability to learn fast and find solutions for people related problems,
* Good customer services skills.
* Good office ability – proficiency in Outlook and Basic Microsoft office tools.
* Leadership experience in departments related to crew management/replacement.
* Ability to execute and organize crew accommodation/transportation arrangements.
* Ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
* Reasonable spoken and written English skills.
Daily Responsibilities
* Oversees and manage an existing team of 15 operation staff whose main function is to arrange transportation and accommodation for the crews of the offshore windfarm working vessels.
