An exciting opportunity to join a Top 1 Solar Module manufacturer, as a ESS Technical Service Manager in Dubai.
Please note: This role requires Chinese-speaking language proficiency.
The role:
- Provides Pre-Sales support to company key accounts and clients with the support of product solutions team in HQ.
- Works with the sales team to promote the company ESS solutions.
- Supports the clients in ESS design and sizing.
- Provides technical training to clients and participate in regional events and workshops.
- Responsible for further development of ESS business in MENA.
- Ensuring efficient and timely response to customers and sales team.
- Managing customer information for defects and claim issues, failure analysis, problem solving with internal resources.
- Active capturing of customer needs on product development and collecting market information.
- Make sure the company products are registered by local authorities s and have the required certification.
- Assist MENA technical team in different projects and assignments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3 years related experience in battery-based energy storage systems.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to prioritize workload and plan workload to meet business needs and goals.
- Willingness to travel regionally and globally up to 35%.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated approach.
