Interface Manager

Interface Manager required for a major Transmission System Operator based in Belgium

Responsibilities

• Part of the Offshore Integration team and will report to the Offshore Integration Manager.
• Oversee the entire MOG 2 project especially related to the interfaces between all packages and the relevant stakeholders, both for offshore and onshore-related activities.
• Liaise with the different MOG 2 package managers and relevant stakeholders/contractors.
• Manage the interfaces between all MOG 2 packages (substation, island, and cable), this during the different stages of the project (tender, design, and construction).
• A safety leader, continuously looking for safety enhancements.
• Seek out design opportunities to bring additional benefit to the project.
• Ensure timely delivery as well as quality and safety of your assigned tasks.
• Perform regular reports regarding status and progress of your assigned tasks.
• Have regular contacts, coordinate, and cooperate with external project partners for your assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Experience with project management.
• 5 years of experience.
• Master’s degree.
• Willing to grow and develop his/her technical skills and competencies in a large and complex infrastructure project.
• Driven by innovative entrepreneurship and not deterred by challenges.
• Keen sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills.
• Smooth, assertive communicator and a resourceful, customer-oriented team player.
• Quick learner.
