OSS Contracts Manager required for a major offshore wind developer based in Denmark
Responsibilities
- Consultant will lead the contract management task on the OSS scope with one of the suppliers is Asia.
- The consultant will work in close collaboration with the Package Manager, the Technical Lead, and the Lead Procurement Manager on the project to ensure the client meets key milestones in the project and ensure the contractor does the same.
- Responsibility to plan and conduct monthly progress meetings with the suppliers together with the Package Manager.
- Must ensure to act proactively on any commercial risk and keep a constant overview of claims, notices, and obligations on the contract.
Requirements
- Solid experience in contract management from the offshore wind industry.
- Strong negotiator and a strong commercial understanding.
- Experience with FIDIC contracts is a prerequisite.
- Experience in the OSS scope.
- Experience in working in Asia and with Asian suppliers is an advantage.
- Execution Contract Manager, with knowledge in finalization of contracts and claims.
