Product Leader
Our client a globally renowned technology firm and a pioneer in delivering cutting-edge industrial and off-road energy storage solutions is looking for a Product Leader. Their expertise lies in the design and manufacturing of lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries tailored for industrial mobility, leisure mobility, and energy storage system applications.
Responsibilities.
* Take the lead in organising technology sessions, bringing together key stakeholders in the market, including potential customers and off-takers for the product.
* Responsible for crucial business decisions regarding scoping, planning, development, budgeting, and industrialisation of the most suitable product designed to meet the needs of utility customers in specific regions.
* Drafts and consolidates a comprehensive multi-year product plan in collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, sales, engineering functions, customers, and channels.
* Clearly defines the product plan and ensures its efficient execution, considering factors like schedule, resources, budget, and the defined business plan.
* Coordinates the internal cross-functional execution team, collaborating across commercial, marketing, engineering, and industrialisation departments.
* Regularly delivers reporting and analysis of the product development plan to senior leadership.
Requirements.
*Degree in Engineering or technical background.
* Bring more than 7 years of experience in multinational corporations, with a focus on energy optimisation for at least 5 years.
* 3+ years in project management, program management, or product leadership roles within a globally recognised company.
* Demonstrate extensive knowledge of energy markets, encompassing regulatory nuances, particularly in the USA, Germany, Italy, Spain; proficiency in Greece and the UK is considered an added advantage.
* Prove adept in Li-Ion battery technologies, applications, and intricate Li-Ion-based battery storage systems.
* Commercial mindset maintaining a customer-centric approach.
* Communicate effectively across all organisational levels, thriving in a cross-functional, task-oriented setting.
* Fluent in both spoken and written English, with proficiency in an additional European language seen as a valuable bonus.
