- Manage the project end-to-end: development, preparation, realization of parts of the grid connection system, final completion and a smooth handover to the operations and maintenance departments
- Ensure the fulfillment of project goals (e.g., HSE, time, budget, risk & quality) as well as compliance with regulatory guidelines and requirements
- Steer the project team to manage all aspects of the project: planning, document handling, contract management, licensing, tendering, technical engineering, challenges during construction work and commissioning, etc.
- Deliver high quality project plans, progress and exception reports, decision documents, evaluations; implement the decisions of the Project Steering Group
- Act as the key representative of the organization, continuously aligning with various stakeholders, incl. authorities, contractors and other stakeholders in the region
- Being responsible for the health & safety of the project, for enforcing the principles and conditions policies and seeking at all times to ensure a safe environment for project staff and third-party members including the general public
- Establishing overall project program considering external & internal requirements towards a successful project development and maintaining time-lines on an ongoing basis
- Ensuring timely, adequate resource planning and staffing considering market requirements, changing demands over project life-cycle as well as internal processes
- Establishing and managing project budget (DEVEX and CAPEX)
- Obtaining internal approvals for project budget, business case and other key decisions in line with internal governance (stage-gate & financial processes)
- Providing reporting around project status and KPIs towards project team as well as middle & senior management on regional & global level
- Providing steering and functional leadership to the interdisciplinary project team, e.g. by setting clear project goals, establishing suitable governance and creating a positive working environment in line with corporate values & key behaviours
